THE HOUSE
The artists' accommodation and the house's studios are located in the center of town, within an 18th-century manor house.
ACCOMODATION
The Córtex Frontal house is a spacious building featuring 9 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, living rooms, indoor and outdoor dining areas, studios, a gallery, patio, and garden. Typically, 6 to 9 artists share the house during each residency.
STUDIOS
Depending on the discipline and needs, each artist will be assigned a working space in either a private or shared studio. Each studio is furnished with a table, chair, lighting, and shelves. There is a 24-hour Wi-Fi room, and Wi-Fi access is available in various areas of the house.
